CREATE YOUR OWN TEA BLEND FROM LOCAL HERBS

Yarrow, marigold, spruce needles & Co: In our forests and meadows, countless herbs and wild plants grow that have a positive effect on our well-being and health. Real superfoods, in other words, that hardly anyone knows about.

With this workshop we want to introduce you to the fascinating world of local wild plants and weeds. You will get to know a total of 18 plants, learn everything about how they work and can try each of them. You will then compose your own individual herbal tea blend.

Invigorating, calming or balancing? You decide which herbs and their effects go into your cup, creating a tea tailored to your needs. At the end of the workshop, you will pour it into a pretty glass and give it your own name. 

All necessary materials, herbs, tea glasses, labels are included.
